Evo Terra, host of ‘Podcast Pontifications’, talked last episode about podcast strategy and episode planning. He’s back with Nick Schildberger and Nicole Goodman to discuss how to grow an audience. Evo emphasises the importance of getting the fundamentals right, first and foremost.
This includes a proper podcast website, distributing the podcast through all available channels, planning to leverage your existing relationships, and at all times make sure you are creating remarkable content.
One thing’s for sure though, you can’t grow what you don’t know. Once you have a clear understanding of who your audience is and where and how they consume content, only then can you move on to growing your listener base.
