Leading Conversations Seasons 1, 2 & 3
Leading Teams
The Brief
For Leading Conversations Season 3, Leading Teams wanted to dig deeper into the experiences of each leader, get a raw understanding of the challenges facing each business and how support from Leading Teams resulted in meaningful change, open conversations, stronger relationships, and better bottom-line results.
The Approach
As with Season 2, leaders from eight distinct industries were paired with their Leading Teams Facilitators, in a discussion format about the issues facing their businesses. But this time, each leader was encouraged to be more open and raw about the issues and their experiences. Some of the stories post COVID lockdowns also shine a light on how businesses managed to stare down crises successfully. The other change to this series comes at the end of each episode, with the addition of Leading Teams Founder Ray McLean, who gives his take on the stories told and how the challenges were managed. There’s few who understand better what it takes to build strong leadership and high performing teams the way that Ray does. The long-term relationships he’s developed with clients and the success he’s had in 20 years with Leading Teams, are testament to his knowledge and insight.
The RESULT
Many of the challenges faced by this select group of businesses are mirrored by companies of all sizes. Their stories act as a point of insight around how to approach the seemingly simple, to overcoming crises.Having launched recently, downloads are going incredibly well, with long tail results to start telling the story over the coming months. A happy client is a also a strong measure of success, and having Leading Teams trust in SoundCartel from the Leading Conversations Pilot to Season 3, speaks volumes.
“It has been wonderful working with Soundcartel on three seasons of Leading Conversations. They have taken a great amount of time and care to ensure a high quality podcast is produced, from initial interview prep to post production Nicole and the wider team are very easy to work with and understand what we are trying to achieve.”
