The Brief
Olive Wellness Institute was created as a science repository on nutrition, health and wellness benefits of olives and olive products. Guided by scientific experts, its website has a wealth of peer-reviewed information on Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and other products derived from the olive tree. The Institute has access to dozens of world-renowned scientists, nutritionists, clinicians and academics who have been eager to explain their research into the nutritional benefits of olive products. To further spread the word about olive products, the Institute approached SoundCartel to produce a podcast.
The Approach
Following a detailed strategy workshop with the Institute team, we designed a fortnightly interview series, talking to experts who inform on the benefits, latest research and innovation within the olive industry. SoundCartel’s team of journalists organise and interview guests, recording them either in our in-house studio in Hawthorn East or studio or linking to them in cities and regional areas across Australia and overseas.
The RESULT
The Olive Wellness podcast provides empirical research into the nutritional benefits of EVOO alongside a Mediterranean diet. As such, the series has a strong following from nutritionists, health providers and those interested in their well-being across Australia and overseas.
